Pi&A was founded in 2025 by Interior Architect Pınar Yıldırım Balcı and her husband, Civil Engineer Acun Balcı, to bring their years of experience to a wider audience.

Our founding partners, who have been operating in their fields for over 10 years, offer their knowledge and application experience gained in residential, commercial and industrial projects with a holistic approach under the Pi&A umbrella.

Interior Architect Pınar Yıldırım Balcı graduated from Atılım University in 2012. Specializing in architectural design, interior design, landscaping ideas, and custom-built projects, she has adopted the principle of producing user-focused, aesthetic, and functional solutions.

Civil Engineer Acun Balcı graduated from NAPKS University in Ukraine in 2012. He has worked on a wide range of projects, from residential and industrial buildings to nuclear infrastructure projects, and has also gained deep expertise in renovation, retrofit, and custom-made projects through his concurrent work with Italian kitchen brand Aran Cucine.
